What is the minimum energy capacity required for a contract with Apexa Power?

We serve both commercial and industrial clients (data centers and corporations) without a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for energy supply. However, some of our power plants may have specific capacity requirements depending on the location and facility. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Where are your power plants located?

Our company and headquarters are located in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. Apexa Power currently operates power plants in North America (USA), Africa (Nigeria), and is in discussions to expand operations in other regions. Our facilities primarily utilize gas-powered plants and hydroelectric dams.

Can I visit your power plants?

You are welcome to visit our corporate office or power generation facilities by scheduling an appointment. Walk-ins will be refused. Prior to your visit, we will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) or Know Your Business (KYB) process and provide a list of prohibited items. Photography or video recording is not permitted at our facilities.

What services do you provide?

Apexa Power provides reliable energy generation and supply solutions, primarily for data centers and industrial clients. Our services include power plant operations, energy management, and customized energy contracts tailored to client needs.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept bank wire payments (no fees) and other traditional payment methods. Please contact us for details on available payment options for your specific contract.

How do I sign up for your services?

Begin by filling out the registration form on our website. After submission, you will receive an email with a link to verify your email address. Once verified, you can log in to your account and start exploring our services. No call scheduling is required before creating an account. For questions, use the contact form on our website or email us directly.

Who owns the equipment if I purchase energy infrastructure from you?

Any equipment purchased from Apexa Power belongs to you. You may relocate it as needed once your contract expires and all outstanding payments are settled.

Will you supply energy to older data center equipment?

We aim to support efficient and modern data center operations. Older, less efficient equipment may not be compatible with our energy supply solutions. We focus on long-term partnerships and recommend upgrading outdated systems to optimize performance.

Do I pay for equipment delivery to my location?

Yes, clients are responsible for delivery costs. Shipments from outside the destination country may incur customs duties, depending on local regulations. In some cases, clients may be eligible to reclaim taxes by registering a corporation in the destination country.

Can I get a refund if I purchase equipment from you?

All equipment sales are final. Please review our terms and conditions before purchasing.

Do you offer a warranty on equipment?

Yes, please refer to our Warranty Terms and Conditions. Additional warranty options may also be available.

Is there an energy supply agreement to sign?

Yes, all clients are required to sign an energy supply agreement. This contract ensures clarity and security for both parties.

Do you offer insurance for equipment?

We offer optional insurance to protect against theft, water, and fire damage for equipment used in conjunction with our energy services.

Is there a service fee for energy supply?

Yes, our services may include fees that cover essential costs such as infrastructure setup, local transportation, network configuration, and maintenance. These are detailed in your contract.

How do I choose an energy plan?

We will recommend an energy plan based on your data center’s needs, but you are free to select the plan that best suits your operations. Discounted rates may be available for long-term contracts.

Do you offer maintenance or repair services for equipment?

Yes, we provide troubleshooting and repair services for equipment used with our energy supply. Many repairs are handled in-house, and our service plans typically cover labor costs, with clients responsible only for spare parts.

Will I be compensated for power outages?

If a power outage occurs for an extended period due to our facilities, you may be eligible for compensation in the form of a credit applied to your energy bill, as outlined in your contract.

Do you monitor energy usage?

Yes, we monitor energy consumption to ensure optimal performance, unless you explicitly opt out of this service.

Can I get remote access to monitor my energy usage?

We provide access to our energy management platform, which allows you to monitor usage, check status, and perform basic actions. For advanced access, please contact our support team.

Will you supply energy to small-scale data centers?

We primarily focus on medium to large-scale data centers but can accommodate smaller installations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do I need to prepay for energy services?

We require a minimum deposit equivalent to one month of estimated energy costs to secure your contract. Large security deposits are not typically required.

What happens if I miss a payment?

We will continue to supply energy for up to 5 business days after a missed payment to allow you to make arrangements. If payment is not received, energy supply may be temporarily suspended.

What is the legal company name operating apexapower.com?

Our corporate legal name is “Apexa-Group Corporation,” and we are governed by U.S. law. All payments must be issued to “Apexa-Group Corporation” and will appear under this name on your statements.
